Reston's Used Book Shop

Serving book lovers for 3 decades!

Stepping into this little shop is like pulling up a comfortable chair next to a warm fire. The love of books and music are evident everywhere. Owners Bud and Susan Burwell have created a literary living room in the shop for readers of all ages.

Stroll into the store and you may join an impromptu conversation about authors ranging from Louisa May Alcott to Doris Kearns Goodwin. You might hear a Melville enthusiast eloquently quoting his favorite passage from "Moby Dick."

What's happening at the plaza

The Markets are open and before you know it the Take A Break Concerts will be kick starting the weekend with their Thursday night respite. The open air markets are enormous this year, between the Farmers and the Crafters there are about 80 Vendors! So there’s a lot to do and see and enjoy as we move into Spring and begin to slide into Summer. Watch for the arrival of the boats on May 21! Come out for a paddle!
